Supporting Your Tenants

Between March 2023 to March 2024, there was a 12.3% increase in local governments supporting temporary accommodation. March 2024 to March 2025, seeing an additional 11.8% increase. We aim to provide your tenants with safe and secure temporary housing. Supported by landlords across the South London regions; whilst we expect the requirement to increase.

Market Experience

With over 20 years of property experience under the belt, we've seen it done right and more importantly, how disastrous it can be. Our aim was always to combine the best do's and don't into our ethos and infrastructure. Genuinely in mind with supporting social housing tenants - this is a personal mission. 

Communication

This is a family run business. You will always there or there about, communicate with the same faces. This seems minimal but when trying to navigate a problem, solutions are built quicker when engagement is faster and accountable. 

Welcome Pack

We know how daunting it can be for tenants potentially moving into unknown areas - this is why we provide welcome packs. This includes all local transport routes, shops, hospitals and pharmacies. To ease the pressure off day one, your tenants are equally supported with the necessities. Toilet roll, washing up liquid, milk and bread.

Compliance

Something which doesn't just assist our landlords but brings confidence to our contracts. We take on the burden of organising routine EICR, Gas Safety, Fire Risk Assessment (if applicable) and Legionella Testing. Which means tenants will be walking into a safe property on day one.
